Reservation notes
(1) Weekdays: Sunday - Thursday
     Holidays: Friday, Saturday with designated holidays
(2) Check-in time: After 14:00 p.m.
(3) Check-out time: Before 12:00 p.m. 
(4) •Early check-in and late check-out, with additional charges, subject to room occupancy. Please inquire in advance.  
     •Rooms without guarantee will be released after 18:00 p.m. Please contact Front Desk for late arrival. 
(5) Stand up rollaway bed (NT$700+10％SVC) includes towels and breakfast.
(6) Breakfast (NT$320+10％SVC): Free for children under 3 years old; 50% discount for children younger than 3 years old or below 120 cm tall.
(7) Special discounts/promotions cannot be used at the same time.
(8) All prices mentioned above include service charge and VAT (5%).
(9) No pets allowed (guide dogs excluded).
(10) In accordance with government environmental policies, this hotel does not provide disposable toiletries (toothbrush, toothpaste, shower cap,razor, shaving cream,comb). Guests can purchase these at the front desk if needed.
 
Cancellation rules
◎ Cancellation made more than seven days before arrival...full refund.
◎ Cancellation made within seven days before arrival ....50% refund from deposit.
◎ Cancellation made within three days before arrival ... 30% refund from deposit.
◎ Deposit will not be returned for last minute cancellation or no show. 
This policy will not apply to force majeure, e.g. typhoons and natural disasters (please inform us at your earliest convenience).
